| Ball Volvo and GMC Trucks started
operations in 1973. Then known as Ball Auto Sales , we sold used cars,
trucks, tires, and speed equipment. After acquiring a GMC franchise in
1975 we renamed the company Ball GMC Truck & Tire Center, Inc. Also at
this time we recognized our customers need for larger trucks, so we began
to purchase and recondition used heavy duty trucks for sale. In 1983 we
relocated our dealership to a new 20,000 Square ft. facility and shortly
there after in 1986 we received the Volvo heavy duty truck franchise.
Now over 25 years later we are a full service heavy and medium duty dealership. Our facility hosts a parts department which stocks over 75,000 different parts, a service department fully trained and certified to service Volvo, Cat, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and gas engines as well as all types of transmissions and rear ends, a full service tire shop, a Body shop capable of repairing all makes of trucks, and a sales department with new model Volvo's and GMC's as well as a large number of quality used trucks.
